\n\tAccording to People<\/a><\/em>, the arrest took place at 2 a.m. while both the pop star and her fianc\u00e9 were believed to be at home. The man was apparently charged with \u201cjumping the fence onto a private residence in a private neighborhood.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tA Leawood Police Department record viewed by Billboard<\/em> shows that two other individuals named Drew Bossi and Laura Baker were reported for the offense of \u201ccriminal trespass property\u201d at Kelce\u2019s home around the same time on Sept. 15.<\/p>\n

\n\tBillboard <\/em>has reached out to Swift\u2019s rep for comment.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe development comes amid Baldoni\u2019s bitter legal battle with his It Ends With Us <\/em>collaborator Blake Lively, who sued the director last year for allegedly harassing her on set and orchestrating a smear campaign attacking her reputation once filming was over. The director later tried to sue the actress for defamation, but a judge dismissed the case; Lively\u2019s original lawsuit will head to trial in 2026.<\/p>\n

\n\tThroughout the litigation, Baldoni has tried to involve Swift \u2014 whose friendship with Lively dates back many years \u2014 multiple times. In his original countersuit<\/a> filing, he alleged (without directly naming the pop star) that his legal opponent had tried to use her famous friend\u2019s power and influence to pressure him into agreeing with Lively\u2019s creative choices for It Ends With Us<\/em>. In June, a judge granted <\/a>his legal team\u2019s request that text messages between Swift and Lively be presented in court as evidence.<\/p>\n

\n\tBaldoni has also fought for Swift to be deposed in the case, but a judge denied that request<\/a> on Sept. 12.<\/p>\n
